Audrey grew up adoring novels with strong-willed, misfit protagonists, far away places, and a touch of magic. She has always been fascinated by the possibility of other worlds and alternate dimensions—a passion she pursues now through creative writing.
After graduating from Michigan State University with her BA in Interior Design, Audrey began a real estate investment business (BeaverTailLodge.com) and lifestyle blog, (ModernFrontierswoman.com) featuring articles on gardening, homesteading, and sustainable living. In addition, Audrey translated and edited a biographical novel Pathmaker (Caminante), by Dr. Saturnino G. Rodriguez (founder of Adelante/Forward Magazine), from Spanish to English, which will soon be self-published by the author.
In her free time, Audrey enjoys brainstorming book ideas, singing, playing acoustic guitar, learning Spanish, practicing yoga, gardening, cooking, and researching personal interests to satisfy her insatiable thirst for knowledge.
